Processing Time

Orders usually take a couple of days to get ready before heading out the door. We’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

Shipping Options

We offer a few different shipping methods. The flat rate for most items is $5. We offer free shipping for orders over $50. We also have scheduled local pick up. If you choose this option, we'll be in contact for arrangements. Delivery times depend on what you pick and where you live.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow it along the way.

Delays

We do our best to get things to you on time, but sometimes carriers, weather, or other surprises cause delays. Those are outside our control, but we’ll help however we can.

Wrong Address / Missing Packages

Please double-check your address when ordering. If a package goes missing due to a wrong address or gets marked as “delivered” but you can’t find it, we’ll work with you and the carrier to sort it out as best we can.
