Returns & Refunds
If something’s not right with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Depending on the situation, we can offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, items should be unused and in their original condition/packaging. (Basically: send it back the way you got it.)

Non-Refundable Stuff
Some things can’t be returned, like digital products, custom-made items, or anything marked “final sale.” Contact us and we'll discuss options.

Shipping Costs
Unless it’s our mistake, return shipping costs are usually on you. If we messed up, we’ll cover it.
Processing Time
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible—usually within a week. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
